Fablelistik Editions

Numbered Edition of Fourth Wing

Rebecca Yarros

Numbered Editions are collector’s pieces in every sense. We work closely with production specialists, letterpress printers, and independent book artisans to bring these editions to life, often using traditional techniques that have been preserved over centuries. While more widely available than Lettered Editions, these books are still handbound and produced with artisanal methods in collaboration with established artisans and materials not typically used in commercial publishing. These editions are designed to last lifetimes, both as reading experiences and as objects of beauty.

The Fourth Wing Numbered Edition (1-500) represents the combined powers of Violet’s lightning wielding and Xaden’s command of shadows, shown through the marbled cloth case, accented with silver foil stamped lightning. This edition will feature all of the combined art from the two Collector’s Editions, as well as additional, exclusive art. The endpapers feature a custom dragon scale design foil stamped onto a premium black paper.

Due to popular demand, we are thrilled to offer all 500 copies with an ‘Empyrean Matching Right,’ allowing these customers first right to purchase their matching number for the next title in the series, Iron Flame.

$705.00

PLEASE NOTE: International prices listed for each product are inclusive of all taxes, duties, and fees. Published editions may have slight variations from the photos and prototypes shown here.

Book Summary

Enter the brutal and elite world of a war college for dragon riders from #1 New York Times bestselling author Rebecca Yarros

Twenty-year-old Violet Sorrengail was supposed to enter the Scribe Quadrant, living a quiet life among books and history. Now, the commanding general―also known as her tough-as-talons mother―has ordered Violet to join the hundreds of candidates striving to become the elite of Navarre: dragon riders.

But when you’re smaller than everyone else and your body is brittle, death is only a heartbeat away...because dragons don’t bond to “fragile” humans. They incinerate them.

With fewer dragons willing to bond than cadets, most would kill Violet to better their own chances of success. The rest would kill her just for being her mother’s daughter―like Xaden Riorson, the most powerful and ruthless wingleader in the Riders Quadrant.

She’ll need every edge her wits can give her just to see the next sunrise.

Yet, with every day that passes, the war outside grows more deadly, the kingdom's protective wards are failing, and the death toll continues to rise. Even worse, Violet begins to suspect leadership is hiding a terrible secret.

Friends, enemies, lovers. Everyone at Basgiath War College has an agenda―because once you enter, there are only two ways out: graduate or die.
