REBECCA FARA is an oil painter and illustrator with over twelve years of experience. Her love of books and art led her to study writing and illustration in college, after which she earned an MFA in creative writing. She lives and works in South Carolina, where her paintings have been exhibited in local shows, galleries, and businesses.
Since launching her business, The Blue Whale Studio, Rebecca has created and sold hundreds of sci-fi and fantasy illustrations. Sometimes she paints with her children (whose input she takes very seriously) but most of her work is done by the magic of moonlight.
